How to Connect Your Domain to Testpress

Created by Testpress Support, Modified on Mon, 2 Mar at 5:22 PM by Testpress Support

This section explains how to connect your custom domain to your Testpress portal.

The steps below need to be completed once from your side (domain/DNS provider).
After this is done, our team will take care of the remaining configuration and make your white-labelled portal live.

Please follow the steps carefully and inform us once the DNS update is completed.

Step 1: Log in to Your Domain Provider

Sign in to your GoDaddy account or the DNS provider where your domain is managed.

Step 2: Open Domain Settings

  • Go to the Domains section

  • Click Manage next to your domain name

Step 3: Access DNS Settings

  • Open DNS Zone File or DNS Management

Step 4: Add a CNAME Record

  • Click Add Record and select CNAME

  • Host: Enter your preferred subdomain
     (for example:
    learnonline, or elearn)

  • Points to: Enter your Testpress portal URL
     (example:
    xyz.testpress.in)

  • Click Finish

Step 5: Set TTL

  • Set TTL to Custom

  • Enter 600 seconds

Step 6: Save Changes

Click Save Changes to apply the DNS update.

Note: DNS changes may take some time to propagate.
