Parallel Login Restriction helps you control how many devices and attempts a user can use to access your platform. This ensures better account security and prevents credential sharing across multiple users or devices.
How to Access Parallel Login Restriction
Go to Settings
Select Institute
Click on Parallel Login Restriction
This feature is used to prevent multiple users from accessing the same account simultaneously
Available Login Controls
Enable Parallel Login Restriction
When enabled, the system restricts users from logging in simultaneously from multiple devices.
It prevents the same account from being active in multiple sessions at the same time.
Enable Single Login for Staff Users
When enabled, staff or mentor users will be automatically logged out from their previous device when they log in from a new one.
It ensures staff accounts are used by only one device at a time, reducing misuse.
IP Addresses to Be Excluded from Restriction
You can whitelist specific IP addresses that are exempt from parallel login restrictions.
Enter comma-separated IP addresses
Users logging in from these IPs will not be affected by login restrictions
